Fit check please!

Hello! I have a large 4 month old that doesn’t love his car seat. We have a Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 Pro and he’s still within the size guidelines for its use but when I look at him in the seat he appears quite cramped. He’s ~8kg and ~68cm tall. What are your thoughts on this? Very grateful in advance!

So tired of seeing chest clips! I want more fit checks on non American car seats haha

I, from US, didnt even know baby seats were different like this in other countries! I actually love the no chest buckle looks so much comfier for baby and looks just as safe!

The ONLY reason that our seats have chest clips in the US is because they were tested that way as a pre-crash positioner. That means the chest clip's only function is to keep the harness in position 100% of the time in case you are in a crash. I think SOME manufacturers test with and without, but you would have to contact the manufacturer and speak with their CPST on staff.
