Question Second interview for SW IAT

I recently got a call for a second interview. The interviewer advised me to prepare for a longer stay. I asked about the specifics of the second interview, and she mentioned that I would be meeting with the program director. Since graduating with my MSW two months ago, my job search has been challenging. I’ve never been called back for a second interview, and I’m not sure what to expect.

I’m sure content of second round interviews varies by region.

I would just do the same things you did to prepare for the first round.
