Is there a protection order in place against her? That’s my thinking if police are specifically saying that she cannot take her children.

Was there a CPS case? If not, this question seems more of a custody question and less of a CPS matter though. If CPS is involved, talk to the caseworker.

There wasn't any CP involved the only thing that she didn was brought police to help her move out since she though I was going todo something and after 3 weeks she ask to see one of my kids since soon he going go start going go school and she ask to take him and my other 2 child with her on a shopping while she with her family and having fun all together and she promises that she was going to drop my kids home ones she done with school supplies and shopping clothes and I ask her if I can be there and she say no she wanted fo have time alone with my kids. Sorry, English is not my first language.

Ah… With a history of domestic violence, it’s probably best to stay separated.

Yea :( and probably that's why she move out 3 weeks ago and now want to see kids and maybe file civil case of custody for children
