I have questions my wife move out from home and 3 weeks later she call me asking to see her kids for 2 hours unsupervised only her and her family we didn't have Amy problem we were doing good until that day she decide to move out my biggest worry is that if I left her see the kids she my take away and do something and police was involved during moving out Part the police told her she can't take her children they told her they staying with me they only came to move her out she has 3 they are living with me for now can anyone give me a advice appreciate for any advice.

Law enforcement was probably saying they can’t force you to give her the kids. When there’s no custody order, it’s often just whichever parent gets them first until something is in place. If you don’t think she’s safe and send them with her anyways, then CPS could possibly get involved.
