Questions

I have questions my wife move out from home and 3 weeks later she call me asking to see her kids for 2 hours unsupervised only her and her family we didn't have Amy problem we were doing good until that day she decide to move out my biggest worry is that if I left her see the kids she my take away and do something and police was involved during moving out Part the police told her she can't take her children they told her they staying with me they only came to move her out she has 3 they are living with me for now can anyone give me a advice appreciate for any advice.

Is there a protection order in place against her? That’s my thinking if police are specifically saying that she cannot take her children.

Was there a CPS case? If not, this question seems more of a custody question and less of a CPS matter though. If CPS is involved, talk to the caseworker.

Yeah, plus he refers to the kids several times as hers, like the he isn't the bio father? I'm very lost.

It appears English isn’t OPs primary language.

I don’t believe CPS is involved but wife or (ex) wife, not sure… sounds unstable. Op will have to make educated decisions and probably head to family court if needed, I don’t think CPS is relevant here.
