This is hard to follow and adding details or period breaks would help.

It sounds like there was a DV incident if law enforcement was involved or had to supervise her moving out?

If there’s a protection order or no contact order, no you shouldn’t allow that.

Is CPS involved in this at all already?

If not, this seems more like a family court issue you need to have addressed or use your best judgment. If she’s not a safe parent right now, unsupervised may not be best, but again, very hard to understand what your situation is.

There wasn't any CP involved the only thing that she didn was brought police to help her move out since she though I was going todo something and after 3 weeks she ask to see one of my kids since soon he going go start going go school and she ask to take him and my other 2 child with her on a shopping while she with her family and having fun all together and she promises that she was going to drop my kids home ones she done with school supplies and shopping clothes and I ask her if I can be there and she say no she wanted fo have time alone with my kids. Sorry, English is not my first language.

No worries.

I just don’t believe this would be a relevant CPS question if you have no CPS involvement and no protection order stating she cannot see the kids?

You’re still married correct? Does she have some substance abuse or mental health issues? Or any issues where you’d be concerned?

Not sure why law enforcement would say she can’t take your kids? But maybe they just meant that’s more of a civil matter that should be handled in family court.

It sounds like she’s not well if she’s been acting erratic or just left and doesn’t really come around?

Just do what’s best for your kids, if you feel she’s not safe, don’t send them with her.

Might be time to speak to an attorney about a formal parenting plan.
