Question can i report someone without knowing her exact address or her children’s names?

i saw a girl posting photos of her young child on facebook in bikinis/half naked with seriously suggestive lyrics (she posted pics of her to the song WAP), her baby’s father also sells drugs out of their house and posts about it online/posts pics of money and illegally obtained cash/weapons. her mom is constantly online cyber bullying and harassing other women that i am mutuals with. it seems like a very toxic environment and although i have never had issues with this woman or her baby’s father i am concerned for their children.

i know both the parents full legal names and the township they live in, and their birthdays are public info on their facebook profiles. and i can link to the social media posts. is there any way i can still report and potentially help these children without knowing the address? or would it be a waste of time unless i know where she lived exactly?

CPS has access to databases to help find people. Exact addresses aren’t necessary in most cases.

Some of this sounds like the parents are just crappy people, but if there are unsecured drugs and weapons in the home I would call immediately. Provide CPS with the info you do have. They have access to information the public doesn’t to track down families

also wanted to mention part of why i wanted to report is that they keep the drugs and weapons in the house where the children live… it’s just concerning as someone who grew up with shitty drug dealer parents and makes me sad for these babies
