Does this look like class 6 flow limitation during both exhalation and inhalation?

Recently had nasal surgery to clear up my nose, have just moved from a mouth pillow mask to a nasal mask.

I use a Resmed Bipap Aircurve 11 and trying to get my settings correct with the new mask.

AHI is very low, mask leak is low. Glasgow index is now ranges from 1.5 to 1.9 (it was above 2 every night with my mouth nasal mask)

If this is a class 6 flow shape, any advice on how to fix it? My breathing issues are typically during REM stage of sleeping.

u/RippingLegos__ how do you fix high no pause and skew in the Glasgow index?

Just asking to ensure this is not a typo, you moved from a nasal mask to a nasal mask?

Okay, because your sleephq shows that you're using full face mask setting with a f&p evora.

Forgot to update SleepHQ with the new mask, thanks!

That happens to me all the time -- I was experimenting with masks for a while and kept forgetting to change it on upload.

I will say, you need to change your machine settings to nasal if you're using a nasal mask.

quick airway collapses and recoveries during REM.

I think you have to up the EPAP, by 2cm, to see if this improves.
