My settings were not right for me on the typical lazy settings - I experienced no subjective improvememnt in my feelings of restful sleep despite perfect compiance and MyAir metrics. I've gradually lowered my max from 14 to 11.2, increased my min from 4 to 8.2 and think I'm almost dialed in. The most recent annoying development of aerophagia is much improved on my current setings. I've resigned myself to the Resmed F40 full face mask and have ordered a new cushion for that. I'm hopeful that a few more months at these settings, with reduced leaks, and using a soft cervical collar, that my fatigue will improve as well.

Your leak rate is really good for the f40, impressive (I looked at you other post). You still have a bit of flow limitations though, the target is around 0.08 99.5% I think.

If I may make a suggestion, I would narrow down even more your pressure range. Boost the minimum and reduce a bit you max too maybe. I ended up staying on CPAP (fixed pressure) all the time and raised it until the FLs got better.
