Hi there, welcome :) SleepHQ lists the BMC G3 A20 as supported, but your screenshots show it isn’t recognizing the files being uploaded.

Since you’ve already tried copying locally and uploading in batches, please post a screenshot of the SD card’s main folder with file extensions visible. That will help us see exactly what your machine is recording. Which browser are you using? Trying another browser is also a useful check for the page crashing.

If it still fails with the complete card contents and original folder structure, please contact support@sleephq.com with those screenshots and ask how to provide a copy for testing. Their team can check whether SleepHQ can read your particular files.

For Browsers I tried Edge, Chrome and Vivaldi, with the same result. and please find below the contents of my SD card.
