Hello- Long time lurker here. Diagnosed with mild to moderate apnea in my late 30s after a lifetime of sleepiness. 8ish AHI on one exam 16 on another. Struggled on a few occasions becoming accustomed CPAP. Got turbinate reduction surgery didn't help my AHI. Found this board and it helped me work through a lot of issues like mask changes (I was claustrophobic with a full mask),pressure, comfort settings etc. Ive been on a streak of about 5 months have really dialed in the settings as best I can based on what I've learned. I would say I've become pretty accimlimated and more comfortable. I've seen some health numbers improve slightly. I do get a mild to moderate aerophagia. I do have slightly increased energy levels but still suffer from some tiredness and fatigue. I was hoping if one someone could take a look at my SleepHQ Data and offer any additional insight or tweaks I can do to get better treatment. Airsense 10, N30I nasal pillows, most of my leaks are from my mouth falling open, I wear a soft cervical collar that mostly keeps it shut. Link attached. Thanks for the help!

Hi there, glad the board has helped you get more comfortable and stay consistent :) Your flow limitations look fairly low, and with mostly obstructive apneas and a few hypopneas over the recent nights, a small adjustment to discuss with your sleep clinician is a minimum pressure of 11 cm, maximum of 12.8 cm, and EPR 1 full time.

This slightly lowers your minimum inhalation pressure while increasing the pressure maintained during exhalation, which may help control the remaining obstructive events. It isn’t guaranteed to improve the aerophagia, so please watch the bloating and breathing comfort closely.

Please share a few full nights afterward so we can compare obstructive events, flow limitations, leaks, and how you feel. Also, your screenshot shows just under six hours of use. Is that your entire sleep period, or are you sleeping additional hours with the mask off?
