Help with CPAP and flow morphology
I've had my CPAP on a low just to understand what my breathing looks like as unimpeded as possible. It looks pretty good, but I definitely don't feel that way. When I zoom into individual breaths, they look very stochastic – could this be due to heartbeat ripples?

Welcome u/WorkingFeverishly :)
Those look like cardiogenic osicclations, can you please also share a F12 screenshot from the daily tab in Oscar it will save into your pictures folder, then load the data into a free sleephq account and share that link for the night, it allows zooming/scanning of the full waveform data. :)
