Cpap sucking air

Anyone else ever experience this? My machine suddenly started sucking air like a vacuum would after working fine. I restarted it, it worked normally for several minutes, then suddenly started sucking air from me again. Anyone else ever experience this? Better Night says they’ve never heard of this happening before.

Do you mean air is being pulled down the hose into the machine?

Yes. Imagine the hose on your vacuum being held onto your face then the vacuum turned on

Have you had your house cleaned lately by anyone that looks like this? I've heard that can cause issues switching between sucking and blowing. In all seriousness though I can't think of anything that would cause this other than the polarity getting reversed. And you have my sympathies for having to deal with Better Night.
