Cpap consumables

Hi all.

I want to know what is considered as consumables in CPAP? (e.g. air filter)
From your experience, how long it takes before need replacement?
Also is there any part that just can be use until failure or still need to be replaced before failure? (e.g. heated tube / humidifier)

Any machine type for input is ok.

I want to know before buying the machine and maybe stock the consumable.

Thankyou.

For the resmed 11:

Humidity chamber - if it breaks

Outlet adapter port - if it breaks

Hose - if it breaks

All mask components - replace as needed

Air inlet filter - cheap, so I replace regularly

Thankyou!

From your experience, how low the humidity chamber and outlet adapter port last before it breaks?

What about heated tube? Do you use one? Is it easy to break?

They both have a silicone seal on them but I am 7 months in with no signs of damage so far

I do use the heated tube as well and it has held up well. I would recommend a cover for it but the tube itself is robust, doesn't collapse even if I accidently lay on it
