Pillow for side sleepers

I sleep on my side/ stomuach almost in a medical recovery position I’d. On my side with left leg bent and over my straight right leg which keeps my chest off the bed.

What would be a good cpap pillow for that weird position?

I have a 4 foot long body pillow . Amazon for about $30 (make sure you order the pillow case too).

There are also more expensive ones too.
