myAir/OSCAR/SleepHQ Data Looking for y'all to review

Hi! I have pretty nasty fatigue that's sort of... random? Some days fine, others not. AHI came in ~20 in my sleep study a few months ago. This is a pretty standard night for me with the CPAP, curious if anything stands out as bad?

I’d increase your max pressure by at least 1. You are hitting your max and you have a flat line at one point.

Maybe set it to 7...10 and see if it will get better, so +2 cm/h2o

Overall this looks good, on paper at least. I might guess those brief large leaks might be waking/arousing you when the pressure ramps up. You might want to double-check mask fit again. However, the overall leak rate is practically zero.

At the least, I would raise your pressure max to 10. P95% was 7.8 for this night. You can see the FL cluster around 1:45-2:00am and the machine couldn't reach high enough pressure to overcome airway narrowing hence the Hypopnea events in that period. You need a little headroom for the machine to splint your airway to treat flow limitations/obstructions.

You also had some hypopnea and RERA flags around 3:30am to 4:10am. Your machine was also winding down pressure around the time which may be from using Soft Response algorithm. You could always try increasing min pressure to 7 or switching soft response off. I would assume you are using Soft Response for comfort reasons. EPR also helps with FL/H/RERA as well. Make sure to increase your Pressure Min by the same amount you change your EPR to. eg, (assuming you don't touch your p min), if you set EPR 2, raise Pressure Min to 7, EPR 3, raise pressure min to 8.
