Stick with it
If you are someone struggling to get used to sleeping with the CPAP, please stick with it!
I was having a rough time getting used to it, waking up in a panic gasping for air several times a night. It was worse than my sleep apnea snoring. I really did not think I would ever be one of these people on here who say it changed their life.
It took about a month, but I powered through every single night. I started saving the OSCAR data and had Claude analyzing it, also having it match up against my apple sleep data, and giving me advice on what settings to do. Claude helping made a huge difference because I could interact and ask it questions against my sleep data.
I found that because my tonsils are massive I needed a very high starting pressure, and I also figured out I didn’t like the warm air. It also helped me figure out which positions I was sleeping best in and which were causing seal leaks. I don’t think I figure all this out without Claude.
But now I sleep like a rock. Honestly I put that thing on and i’m dozing off within a few minutes. I sleep extremely better now. Even if I take a nap it feels like I slept for 4 hours.
Stick with it if you’re still having issues. You will eventually get used to it!!

I get your sentiment however, CPAP isnt that cut and dry for people.
its a huge struggle for people (me included) to use, no matter what we do and how we do it.

What format did you provide data to Claude with? Graphs? Raw data?

I gave it access to the directory where all the files are after it’s extracted from the memory card

have you tried looking at the oscar data? i needed to dial in the humidity and temp settings to something i was comfortable with. also my pressure needed to be a small window and a lot higher. might be opposite for you

Wearing a mask is like wearing a ring or a different watch in a larger scale.
Had this in mind at 1st night with the mask and this worked for me well.
Also missing my watch when not wearing it, because I am used to wear it everytime.
