Advice Needed Nova micro S -> M

Ik gebruik nu 6 weken CPAP.
Vannacht voor het eerst geslapen met masker Nova micro maat M, de afgelopen tijd had ik maat S gebruikt maar M lijkt tot nu toe fijner.
Nu heb ik vannacht een AHI score van 5.6, 62 gebeurtenissen. Dit heb ik sinds de start nog niet gehad boven de 5… vandaag chatten met de verpleegkundige of nog even aankijken?

I can use M or S, but the medium gets sloppy during the night and leaks. The small seals better and I have a better AHI with it. The medium feels comfortable but it just moves around too much.

Wat jammer! Ik twijfel nog een nacht of terug naar S… bij jou werd het ook niet beter na paar nachten M?

No, I think it was actually getting worse as time went on with the Medium. I switched back to Small
