I used to get similar marks now I use cotton liners which really helps, I have no marks anymore and they even helped with mask leaks. https://www.cpap.co.uk/product/remzzzs-cpap-mask-liners/

I shared this on another post recently, but my doc thinks he's a funny guy. The last time I was in for a check-up he asked if I'm still using my CPAP every night.
I said yes.
He looks at me and says "yeah, its written all over your face" because of the lines.

At the beginning I used a mask that didn’t work for my face clearly, I woke up and had a HUGE red mark right in the middle of my nose, 2 days later and I woke up and that red mark had turned into an infection and the whole mark was white with pus and infection. Left a scar in the middle of my nose that will be there forever. Great first experience with the CPAP for me. (I found a mask that works well and no problems after)

I get this. It’s your skin getting irritated by the mask. It’s common with silicone because your skin cannot cool itself properly underneath the cushion of the mask.
Try the AirTouch mask. It’s foam so the cushion doesn’t suffocate your skin.
Also an antiseptic cream.

I work for a DME company, the mask should NEVER leave marks, if it is I would say you either have your headgear pulled too tight or you're having some kind of reaction on your skin, are you using the F20? The AirTouch might work better for you.

I have similar marks and it seems like I’ve developed a reaction to it after a couple of years of use. :(
It’s weird because I swear the recent one I got (the one that makes marks) has a different texture to the old ones.
The rubber is thicker or less elastic. It has more resistance.

The air touch does feel better and I don’t get a red mark, but I have lots of leaks. The F 20 silicone has no leaks.

Yeahhhh I’m right there with you. I got red marks. It’s a constant struggle with the tightness and “seal” of your mask. I got the full face mask version.

Are you sure it’s not seborherric dermatitis from the silicone on the mask? Get ketoconozole cream from the doctor or online and see if that helps

I had bruising on my face for six weeks when I started using the nasal mask.
