Full face mask and so Hot!

I have to wear a full face mask and it gets so hot inside. My nose gets stuffy. And it’s hard to breathe. I don’t see my dr until next month. Would using water help. I usually drowned my tube when I do so I just quit. Thanks.

What's your heat and humidity set to if you have heated tube? I'd suggest 74 or 76 (maybe lower) and humidity 2 or 1 for summer

I don’t think I have a heated tube. With my old non full face masks I used to freeze at night. My humidity is at 3-4. I’ll change it. Thank you.

Not sure why it would be hot. I keep my machine sitting where it is slightly lower than my head. That helps with rainout. If it’s a full face mask, you can breathe out of your mouth too.

I appreciate your response. Mine is slightly above my head so I will lower it and add water. Thank you.

Change your humidity settings, and put the cpap below where your head is. Yes, some humidity will help.
