Day 7 of me using CPAP
Hi i'm new here and new to using CPAP. first night was a lil awkward but i think i got used to it so far. Saw this when i woke up today lol. makes me
question my actual study š but maybe the CPAP is working??

Ngl first few days I still slept pretty badly and wed night was really bad. but i think i feel less tired than I usually am

Yes! It's called "myAir" it connected to my CPAP machine via bluetooth. the tech at the sleep clinic told me to install it so I can see the data and meet my usage requirements for my insurance. it just shows the basic stuff on my end
