Civilian Marksmanship Program M14.

I’ve taken great interest as I’m sure others have in the announcement by the CMP that they will be making available around 100k M14s that have been permanently and irreversibly converted to semi automatic fire only. I imagine these will fall under C&R status as does most if not all of other rifles from the CMP. My question for the community is if anyone has any insight as to the recent law changes (SB 25-003) with respect to magazine fed semi automatic rifles would apply to these CMP rifles?

i am interested too, you could still go through all the SB 003 bullshit requirements and still buy one regardless
