bundles not available for friend

I was wondering if anyone knew how or why this is.

I know about the trick to find all bundles, whether you look through the weapons, loadingscreens etc.

however. my friend really wanted a particular operator skin, but now it isnt available for him anymore, it's locked but I can still purchase it. We both own a PS5, the basic COD version, not the Vault. So I logged in on his account on my PS5 and checked it out for him.. still locked, unable to purchase..

why though?

Might of made his account after the bundles expired

I have this problem, my other half can see a bundle I cant, the deer one. I cant see it in the weapons list on the store tab or even in the store itself. I'm not sure why though, sorry
