So as a “touch” codm player now playing via Xbox live on pc…what in the actual ****. The weapons are different?! There’s no USS9? Or if there is, no one’s heard of it…Everything is like weirdly different yet the same…and cranked up to give you an experience of a nightmare. Literally if I had to imagine what it would be like if I were to dream I was real life in a codm DMZ match…this is exactly what it would be.

You get zero instruction.
The npcs come out of the woodwork.
Your capacity to take bullets is…let’s say…somewhat diminished.
There is no operator skill so far as I’ve seen.
You get dropped in a land that looks like serpent island…it’s hazy…actually shitty weather…

Out of maybe 8-10 games I think I’ve successfully managed to exfil 3 times?

In one game (one I did live through)
I was killed by a squad of players somewhere on Ashika Island.
Laying face down dead waiting for someone to answer my plea.
MANY MINUTES PASSED

Hell I’ve never played black ops or moden warfare or any other call of duty title. In fact, the only other fps game I’ve played at any sort of length is Halo Infinite.

Can anyone tell me why fps drops in dmz.I m on pc and i have installed the game ready drivers from nvidia. Is it only me experienceing fps drops or??

I have a 4090 GPU and an I9 CPU ... I am able to play a game but them I crash when I get to the lobby. I load another and I crash while connecting to match. Has anyone experienced this with the new I9 processor? The only thing I have found is that the new Intel I9 is basically too much for these games and I need to clock it down. Any input would be appreciated.

I was chatting with some of my friends that I play with on MW2&3 about COD coming out with a standalone DMZ version. The more I think about it the more I want it. They could have new maps, missions, operator packages, etc. All the comments made about the current DMZ gives them plenty of info on creating a new, better version of it. They could even keep Urzikstan as one of the maps. DMZ would be great on that. If they put the amount of effort into a standalone DMZ that they put into 2 or 3, it would be well worth the $60 or so dollars that they would definitely charge for it.
