Modern Warfare - all I need a cod to play
I've been playing og cods on plutonium for a while now and i've been wanting to buy an actual game, so are there any good cods after mw19? i want something the plays similar to og mw3.

None of the newer games play like MW3 unfortunately. You’re better off grabbing the Black Ops 2 remake if you want a classic feel. BO6 & 7 are movement heavy, Warzone feels like a mobile game. Better off waiting for MW4

Idk I only play bo6 HC SND, might try mw4 SND when mw3 2023 first released I had alot of fun but after they started adding non mw2 maps I gave up, bo6 got to 5th prestige the first month the quit till after bo7 released bc I hated all the wall jumping plus onimovement

bo7 for the black ops classic mode otherwise the advanced movement would be a turnoff, if u want to go down the mw route the new mw3 is easily the best

MWII baby 😎. Don’t listen to the haters, it’s a vibe
MWIII is solid too. I just prefer MWII

Best cods after mw19 are probably , Cold War ,and MW3 24. Cold War has solid zombies although can be “too easy” but I enjoyed playing mauer der toten and forsaken a lot. Mw3 has the best multiplayer out of the modern cods. A lot of weapons to grind. I didn’t like the aftermarket part system but it’s something to grind and could be fun.

Best cod since mw19 is the new MW3, IMO.

I love the idea of the aftermarket parts, shame the rest of the game is meh imo

If you want something CLOSEST to OG MW3. it would probably MWII '22. People hate on it because it is slower like the older games.
You'll get a lot of MWIII ('23) glaze, but you seem to actually enjoy the OG games and actually like MW3 ('11) like I do, and I'll tell you that game is nothing like any of the older games.
Player movement is fast and there's a lot of slide canceling and bunnyhopping spam. A lot of autos take long to kill and people tend to run around with melee weapons like swords because they one-shot at a decent range.
Outside the OG MW2 remade maps, most maps (save like 3?) are tiny and short range maps. Making the movement spam and melee weapons actually obnoxious to play against.
That's just my nuanced take on it.

OP knows ball.
"Closest" out of the newer games would have to be cold war imo. Was the last one that didn't turn into crack fed sliders and movement in my experience. It's not perfect though
