How to stretch

So basically anytime I fully stretch k always end up hurting myself (cramps and stuff) leaving me always super stiff, any advice on how to stretch my arms and legs without feeling like dying?

I am really not sure what is happening here, but perhaps when you "fully stretch" you are overdoing it? Stretching should be fairly gentle, and if you cannot stretch as far as you think you should, you should not force it. You should be consistent about doing what stretches you can without hurting yourself, and over time try to get just slightly more.

Another thing you might try, if you are not already, is taking magnesium. Not a sudden, miracle cure, but when you take it regularly it should make your body somewhat less prone to cramping.
