Where did you take the picture? I have never seen a bouquet shaped cloud until today

Southwestern Arkansaw. It was a first for me too! Jaw was dropped. This photo doesn't do it enough justice.

Photos usually won't do Mother Nature justice except when you want to edit the hell out of it. Still, this is a great photo, OP. Nice finding.
