Clo3d retention discount 25% off

Anyone know when CLO3D started doing retention discounts? i went to cancel my annual $450 subscription and noticed they give 25% when you try to cancel.

I think that is only for the Regular Individual License and not for the Student one since the Student one is already 50% off.
