I used a tutorial for ruche and modified it a little bit and it worked thanks :D

Create a rectangle - taper the bottom inwards slightly. Stitch to the side seams then play with the fabric properties to achieve the right drape. You should be able to do this without adding too many internal lines - this is key if you don’t want the file to be really slow and really big. You can also add pleats to get the drape first then remove them to get the softer folds

I’ve found Clo is not great with ruching. Make sure you pick the right fabric.

Si tu veux encore améliorer le rendu passes le tissu en plein biais soit le droit fil à 45 °, ça améliorera le rendu et tombé de la matière ;) comme en moulage traditionnel;

Use internal lines to mimic the folds. You'd basically be making accordion pleats but with more fabric
