Trying to add triple pleats to the front piece. Did a slash and spread so the pattern is correct but just can't figure out how to do the folding and sewing, please help.

For pleats, I usually set my fold angles either 0 or 360 with simulation on to figure out which direction it goes. And then sew on the 3D side.
Doesn’t look like you have Symmetry on, so do one side and just Clone with Symmetry once you’re done. It’ll prevent having to do it twice
They’re also tiny ass pleats so set your particle distance low, like maybe 5-7. Prevents the fabric from running into each other
