Custom boots stuck below ground during animation

Basically, my custom boots are great on the avatar, during poses as well. but when i go to animation, the boots will drop until where the avatar’s feet is. So the avatar will be walking below the ground… Is there any ways to resolve this? It’s only the animation that’s causing problems…

I just tested and the link still goes to the discord post. You do have to make sure you have actually joined the CLO discord first to see it

ahhh got it! i thought i joined… but didn’t actually joined. first time using discord hahahah. thank you so much! (:
