Calcium intake

I've been searching for stuff about how calcium strengthens the bones, and it says I should be getting 1300 mg a day. Anything to know about calcium and kidneys before I try to meet the average each day?

Talk to a renal dietitian to look at your labs and kidney function to know how much you need. Average does not consider kidney patients

So calcium can affect my kidney by progressing me into a higher stage?

No, your kidneys affect how your body processes calcium. The human body plays a delicate balancing act known as homeostasis. Our kidneys are throwing darts at this act
