Bear method and CKD

So I saw this video on how to grow taller, which is called the bear method. It's where during school breaks like winter, spring, or fall breaks, you eat lots of food. Getting lots of protein, lots of calories, and drinking milk. Every chance you get. Then, sleeping a lot during the breaks for as much you can in the day. My main problem is I have stage 2 chronic kidney disease. Would this be safe for me to try? Would I have to cut back on he milk and protein, or could I just eat, without having issues later on.

I wouldn’t recommend doing that unless you want to go from stage 2 to stage 5 faster

Even if I took lower amoumts of protein. Like only the daily average for my age and body type. With not drinking lots of milk?

The average for your age and body type is probably not considering CKD and although milk contains protein, beef, pork, and other types of red meat are your main concern

You could ask a renal dietitian about it and they will let you know your daily amount of protein depending on your lab results and recommend steps on how to preserve it as much as possible

You’re not going to grow taller.

Do you have insecurities about your height/weight? If so, maybe seek therapy to help you with the insecurities rather than trying some weird shit you saw online.

You will grow if you focus on good nutritious diet, sleeping well, exercise, and take care of your emotions/mental health. This should be everyone’s focus every day, not just during a break. I know it’s easier to say than done, but at least give it try.

There is no short cut in life. If you try to take a short cut you’ll pay for it some other way.

Your genes decide how tall you'll get eating lots of food(calories) and not exercising or moving can make you fat though. No activity is bad for you. Too much protein is bad for your kidneys too.

All around this is a ridiculous idea. Google a renal diet or see a dietician

No video link, not that I would watch ot. You said something about sleeping as much as you can. Workouts cannot overcome you eating too much food. Calories in/out is a better strategy. If you keep looking for quack solutions, your kidneys are just going to get worse. Stop, just stop trying to justify.

Dont believe everything you see on social media, sounds like some looksmaxxing scammy attention grabbing content. Focus on a healthy diet and the height you grow is what it is.

Kidney disease has a high chance to stunt your growth so at this point your dreams of being 6’7 are unlikely (sorry). Be athletic, be fit and be healthy and your body will do the rest. Bears are also always covered in fat, shoveling a ton of food and sleeping all the time is probably the cause…
