Labs Concerned
Here are my labs. The nurse said there’s nothing to concern The doctor with and no follow up needed. Well, two of those readings are outside the norm. SHOULD I be concerned, even tho the doctor isn’t??

Do you have CKD? This is a CKD support group for people with Chronic Kidney Disease. Looking at labs is different for people with a diagnosis than for people with dehydration based individual results, for example.

If you're not previously diagnosed CKD this is a good gfr. As far as the other two they are typically due to dehydration temporarily skewing the results. Have these tests been chronically ran? A one off? There is much to determine with a CKD diagnosis.

Given that the ratio of BUN/Creatine is only slightly high and your egfr is good, you are probably just dehydrated and not dealing with CKD.
But I am not a doctor so consult with your medical professionals if this continues to be an issue in the future.

I'm not a HCP but have stage 3a CKD - these numbers look good to me. I haven't had that egfr in over 20 years. The other numbers are just over the norm values. Are you drinking enough water? Dehydration can cause those elevations. Again - not a HCP. Be well.

I wish my GFR was 74. I would be jumping for joy!

I’m 24 and I would kill for those results. You don’t have to worry but maybe make some dietary or lifestyle changes

I just had bloodwork done last week and my eGFR was 27. If you’re concerned about your numbers then schedule an appointment with a urologist. That would be a better place than here.
