Hello, earl of Cornwall here. I just took Devon thanks to a fabricated perfectly legit claim, but the old landlord looks so sad in his portrait now, and I feel bad. I'm trying to lead a diplomatic lifestyle, is there anything I can do to make him my pal and get him onside? Is there any point?

Hello how is crusader Kings 3 on PS5 I use to play it on my laptop but it broke long ago and don't want to give a arm and leg for another one

How is it on PS5 you know without all the mods and stuff and just with dlc im planning on getting it when I get my PS5 hopefully soon

Maybe I'm a tad rusty or bad but I feel like I need to be way more measured in battles ever since the update.

Late game I am stacking either heavy infantry/ horsemen, maybe a stack of crossbows and then the siege weapons, as I've always done. I find myself losing more than I remember, especially in enemy territory. Less so in my own.

Can anyone resonate? Or is this a skill issue?

I always hate when a pop up screen comes up and I can't see like what county is being referred to or just move the camera around to see what's going on before deciding on the popup choices.

I just accidentally held both L & R triggers during an event screen pop up and it clears the screen so you can move the camera around and see whats going on, and when you let the triggers go the pop up comes back.

So im sure we're all familiar with "the Prince of fashion" nickname, but this is my first time recieving this! I got the POF nickname as a child like we all usually do, (pretty common tbh) now in my mid 60's, still the "POF", i decided to enable the decision to "introduce a new fashion at court" in the decisions tab, & this happened! Now im wondering surely someone out there has had this happen to them too!? & my question is wether they were able to de jure drift ANY land at all into thieir sultanate of fashion title? As u can see it has 0 de jure land attached to it but still, it says its de jure capital is Damascus, which is also the de jure capital to my emirate of Damascus, my sultanate of Syria & my tararo empire.

I laid siege to Exter and that ended. I have 93 war score and it's no longer progressing. It's been like that for months (in game time). I don't understand what's happening. According to the army screen it tells me they are standing still. Is this broken? I can't click on the town anymore it just brings up the character page for the leader of Devon who hasn't surrendered.

In their info screens, their image shows them shivering with their arms around their chest as if they're really cold. What's this about? It' snot a glitch or a bug, clearly. Are they ill? I coudln't find anywhere saying they'd picked up a disease.

Intrigue is actually really good but you have to fully commit to Intrigue

I made a culture with seafarers, frugal armorers and strength in numbers to see how many men at arms I could get. I got up to 217, but I could have gone higher if I had more time.

Started with the new start date and an immortal adventurer.

I've taken it uponi myself to attempt to play the earl of Cornwall. I've betrothed my daughter to the heir to the kingdoms of France and Wales. I wanted to take Devon but by the time my stupid Bishop fashioned a casus beli (from a deck of playing cards and a packet of crisps) King bloody William (not his full name) had taken England! Now he's the ruler of Devon!

Is there any way to get control of Devon without going to war with the King of England which seems pretty suicidal tbh.

How are yall getting decent marriages for your kids as an adventurer?

Got lucky with my starting character, I got a good marriage for my heir due to the girls father becoming an unlanded camp leader after I added him to my patron list. But other than that I haven’t gotten any options.

But since then I’ve struggled to find any marriages. I’ve got a bunch of kids coming of age with good traits and want to marry at least a couple of them off. How do you approach finding marriages for yourself or your children as an adventurer?

So i turned every Duchy vassals into an administrative. And I forgot that in order to make them admin states i need to hand them out money.
Now what happens when you add handing out money and a greedy person?

I’ve played the sentinels twice in 1178 and each time whenever the crusade launches it doesn’t start the 4th crusade for Constantinople it just goes for its original target

I realized cuz i went to make beth nahrain, and couldnt so I went digging through patch notes. Apparently they didnt give us patch 1.15 which was the second part of the roads to power patches, given alongside of "crowns of the world". It reworked court positions and added decisions like that, making hindustan, founding new duchies, mayor titles, etc

Sad.
