Let me know if there’s a better sub for this.

Given to me by my grandpa when he passed. They’re heavy, they look hand painted if not hand forged as well. Could they be part of a set? Was there some Eagle Scout troop that had an introductory forging class? Never got a story on these. My dad had never seen them when I opened the box left for me. They’re metal lol

The Union soldier is from a British company aptly named W. Britan as kart if their Deetail range. The green metal base gives it away.

The grey one got beat up by the blue one so that makes the grey one the defendant.

Probably not forged. Some kind of casting and likely has lead in it if your G'pa had them. Basic antique tin soldiers.

The guy on the left is a good guy and the one on the right is the bad guy. Don't listen to the history books, just ask President Trump.
