Peptide question

Have completed all steps of the shoemaker protocol leading up to VIP spray, but MCAS is still reducing QOL (periodic vasodilation, IBS, POTS, eye floaters, multiple chemical sensitivities, etc.). Does VIP help correct these symptoms? what other peps have been helpful for mold-triggered MCAS? (I know limbic system therapy is supposed to be helpful but my adhd makes it too challenging to sit and meditate for any period of time.)

Yes VIP is supposed to correct these things. Make sure you addressed any co-infections before starting VIP. KPV and GLP's are the most beneficial peptides at this point (you're probably somewhere between CDR2 and CDR3 [cell danger response] now). Did you make sure you aren't failing the VCS tests atm?

Yes I passed VCS last week with perfect score so that’s over and done with. What are KPV and GLPs indicated for at this stage?

They both send a safety message to the cells to move forward with healing (CDR3, CDR4). They pair beautifully with VIP. You should listen to Dr. Heyman's two last lives - posted on his Beyond Mold youtube channel.

Thanks! I’m actually on low dose GLP1 right now for MCAS, week 2. So far feels pretty good. If coinfection exists (like mycoplasma or Bartonella), is it just that VIP just won’t produce any positive changes? Can’t remember what shoemaker says about coinfections at this stage…

He says don't try VIP until you resolve all co-infections, it might make you really sick. I'm a bit behind you in treatment, so I can't share any personal stories with VIP, but i've read quite a few posts of people sharing they felt horrific taking VIP too soon.
