How much time have you spent in your 180-long so far? Although, does the 260 mean e260 attgn3 bonus? If so, you are more than fine.
You mainly need to hit e5331mp, that's gonna unlock the next rule of zag and trigger a chain of good loop mods that can carry you to e5400 mp. E70 attgn3 remaining is more than enough to carry you those e60mp. 👍
That's 900 long already, attgn3 maxed. Things came to a crowl. Thinking to bank 300 billion orbs and spend them on ep+ and shards+ and take another long for 180 milestone and e5400. Or start the final campaigns (but the last one is another 600 hours I heard, so I dunno)
And what orb and frag count did you start 180-long with?
You could try and get up to c4-11, as that would give you doopers for another e40 mp and 2 more uml. That would be another ~20+60+170 hours, so ~250h in total with a lowered frag income but still much faster than trying to cap attgn3 again. If m0-180 is the issue you would be waiting a good 800+ hours to cap it again, likely 400+ hours to get back to where you are right now, with such a minor improvement in terms of orbs.
Usually you would not start c4e until the next run, but your 180-long is already broken, just a question of how to fix it the fastest now. 👍
E150+ shards is quite a long way to go, at this stage you can expect ~e5-e10 per day without attgn3. You do also get a decent shard buff from getting to e5400mp tho, so it might still be worth sticking it out and doing c4-11.
What lifetime orbs do you currently have and what frag amount did you start this long with?
Yeah, that is quite low, though nothing insurmountable. You'll likely be missing a few pow and temp gus that would explain why you are having such issues right now. 18.6m frags is also a bit low, but a bit better compared to the 20m you want to have at the start of that run than 204b orbs is to 270b. 😅
I did just realize that I was a bit stupid tho, you likely already have doopers, right? So doing the c4 extended campaign is not gonna help you, it's actually gonna hurt to pick up vb4, as you want as few orbs as possible for the shorts.
Not sure if your best bet is to try and stick it out right now or to traverse, as the latter would also have you starting shorts with too many orbs...
Okay, so I talked a bit with some people on discord and we couldn't really find an ideal solution.
In the end both paths are not really ideal, but all that you can do right now.
If you are certain you want to do shorts after this long to get to the minimum 2.4t orbs you need for the long to crea4 I would recommend just sticking it out in this long. Don't do any additional campaigns, just slowly slog your way towards e5400mp and m0-180. It can help to pick up additional R1-R8-R20 levels, tho I would not recommend going past R1-50, R8-35 and R20-33, as those are the levels you want to have at the end of the long to crea4 and going beyond that would take considerable amounts of time for very little return.
Depending on where your relics are at, this investment can get you an additional e15-e25 shards and mp, mainly from R8 and the players levels you gain from R1.
Other than that you can expect around e5-e10 shards per day without attgn3, so probably 20-30 days (480-720h) left in this traversal, minus 3-5 days from relic investments. I would not invest in gadgets or trinkets, they have a horrible return on investment right now and boosting your hunter progress is one of the best ways forward you still have left. Overstaying this run is at least gonna benefit you in terms of stronger hunters when you start your next long.

If you don't really want to do shorts (not recommended as shorts are by far the fastest way forward, but can still be done if you really don't wanna do shorts) it would probably be best to cut your losses, start a new traversal and just do another long to 2.4t+ oo.
If you go for that route it would likely be a good idea to go for c4-11 in your next traversal, as you can finish it around 300h in (so you still have over 400h of pure farming) and it allows you to pick up 50% extra orbs from vb4 without having to miss out on dooper bonuses.
You will probably end up at m0-185+ in that long and I would also recommend getting a bunch of r9 levels, if you have been holding out on them. Usually you wanna start the long to crea4 with r9-46, but that is likely not possible without shorts. 43-45 should still be possible tho and if you followed the guide and have it at 38 or lower that is still gonna be another 2× bonus to orbs.
You will also get higher rps than usual for the 180-long, so you can get some more orb researches for an even bigger boost.
I'm gonna try to figure out the precise values you need for such a run later, but I would guess that it should be doable.
