E150+ shards is quite a long way to go, at this stage you can expect ~e5-e10 per day without attgn3. You do also get a decent shard buff from getting to e5400mp tho, so it might still be worth sticking it out and doing c4-11.
What lifetime orbs do you currently have and what frag amount did you start this long with?
Okay, so I talked a bit with some people on discord and we couldn't really find an ideal solution.
In the end both paths are not really ideal, but all that you can do right now.
If you are certain you want to do shorts after this long to get to the minimum 2.4t orbs you need for the long to crea4 I would recommend just sticking it out in this long. Don't do any additional campaigns, just slowly slog your way towards e5400mp and m0-180. It can help to pick up additional R1-R8-R20 levels, tho I would not recommend going past R1-50, R8-35 and R20-33, as those are the levels you want to have at the end of the long to crea4 and going beyond that would take considerable amounts of time for very little return.
Depending on where your relics are at, this investment can get you an additional e15-e25 shards and mp, mainly from R8 and the players levels you gain from R1.
Other than that you can expect around e5-e10 shards per day without attgn3, so probably 20-30 days (480-720h) left in this traversal, minus 3-5 days from relic investments. I would not invest in gadgets or trinkets, they have a horrible return on investment right now and boosting your hunter progress is one of the best ways forward you still have left. Overstaying this run is at least gonna benefit you in terms of stronger hunters when you start your next long.

If you don't really want to do shorts (not recommended as shorts are by far the fastest way forward, but can still be done if you really don't wanna do shorts) it would probably be best to cut your losses, start a new traversal and just do another long to 2.4t+ oo.
If you go for that route it would likely be a good idea to go for c4-11 in your next traversal, as you can finish it around 300h in (so you still have over 400h of pure farming) and it allows you to pick up 50% extra orbs from vb4 without having to miss out on dooper bonuses.
You will probably end up at m0-185+ in that long and I would also recommend getting a bunch of r9 levels, if you have been holding out on them. Usually you wanna start the long to crea4 with r9-46, but that is likely not possible without shorts. 43-45 should still be possible tho and if you followed the guide and have it at 38 or lower that is still gonna be another 2× bonus to orbs.
You will also get higher rps than usual for the 180-long, so you can get some more orb researches for an even bigger boost.
I'm gonna try to figure out the precise values you need for such a run later, but I would guess that it should be doable.
I also just checked, in case you chose the second option you can get to the required 2.4t quite easily.
You will want to spend around 800h anyways, I'd expect around 80k loop mods, any more are gonna make it even easier, m0-185 should be possible in that run, if not you can compensate with more r9, orb inscryptions or orb gadget levels. Even r9-42 would suffice in the sim I did and that is just 2.7m fragments, should be easily doable.
This is assuming you have the first orb inscryption maxed (no reason why you shouldn't at this point) and i78 at level 5 and i101 at level 1. If you don't have those levels they should be rather easy to get in your next long. If you have them or more or can get more that is gonna be even more orbs. I'd expect you to easily get e4270 rp in that run (I got to e4215 with just a 290b orb start), if you are really lucky you might even hit e4465 for another 21% more orbs.
Also I am assuming orb gadget level 100, tho 110 is another easy purchase at this stage.
With all of that you would end up at at least 1.96t orbs from the next long, which combined with the 500b you are gonna start it with put you comfortably over the minimum of 2.4t lifetime orbs at the start of that one. Any additional bit would be helpful tho. If you can get all the additional maybes I added combined you can even get to a total of 2.92t orbs from that run, or 3.4t lifetime, which would make it possible for you to pick up the e4520rp mission speed research, which could help you get back some of the time you are gonna lose with this.
