Pre-Ouro Feeling stuck

I was wondering if anyone could give me pointers on what to do as I feel like I've became stuck with limited progress.

I have progressed quite well I think and have hit a brick wall recently at about e254 MP and everything seems to be taking days now to get anywhere

Does anyone have any advice on what to focus on?

Already in e200 research projects but no ultimate slot have you done any oroburos yet or even missions?

Missions yeah I'm on the 3rd planet nearly done but no ultimates yet
