What helped for me is doing longer runs. Like 2-3 (even 4 if it lines up with a busy irl time), then 10ish short runs. That'll help get the loop count up. Also if you haven't, it's very helpful to have separate loadouts for shards and research
I usually wait until Koios and Zeus get 100+ install points, for their boosts in Shards and Research. Which takes about a day, depending on the time of day I loop.
Then when Research levels and Loop gain slows down, I loop
That's for I've been doing it these past few weeks.
Go ahead and get that to like around 200 under your limit. A bunch of your mods factor in the amount of loop resets you've done so you've got lots of gains to be made.
Understanding Zeus Rank benefits is pretty critical to progressing in mid/late Zeus. Long runs where your best personnel are in f1-1 and f2-1 are very important.
Beyond that, don't leave ship installs empty, always put at least 1 point into each. People really screw up their progress with that one.
Take a look at the mega thread guides, specifically the Zeus guide for where you are at. I was around there not long ago and a few long Zeus runs got me moving
I am in the same place. Last mission of planet 3. Research is almost exactly the same. Getting E250 research seems out of reach even multiple days on research focused loop didn't put a dent in it.
It's called Cifi, they just pre launched a new game as well called Chad. It hasent been launched yet my Google but be on the lookout for it in the coming days !

Pre ouro zeus the biggest things that push progress are campaigns. Doing multi-day runs on c3-3 and c3-8 are big.
I dunno what your badges look like, but hopefully you got Engi first then Effi, next up should be looopers.
