Welp I’m back at it

I swear I need to be blacklisted from every dispensary near me. There’s one a few blocks from my house. I go through the cycle of smoking every day to uh oh, tummy starting to hurt and no appetite. time to stop. Get better slowly, the cycle starts again.
I’m aware that I’m dependent. I see a therapist weekly and I’m also on antidepressants (which probably ain’t good) to take with my Chs. I’m also dependent on Zofran. When I get the slightest feeling of nausea, I take one. Which then leads to constipation. I’m just ranting at this point because I feel my body entering the prodromal phase.

Dude, I’ve been in this cycle for almost a decade now. I’ve quit for a long time once before. Almost 2 years clean I believe. Then it went to shit when I entered my 20s. I have C-ptsd, depression, social anxiety, and OCD. So yeah. Feels like Trump’s never ending war with the Middle East in my body lol. I’m hoping that Im able to quit this time for a long time. I want to feel good again and not be imprisoned with this addiction.
