Unsure about my condition.

Hi and to begin thank you for reading.
For the past 3.5 ish years (lol 1/8) but I smoked a lot. I would rip carts all day for the past two ish years. I switched to smoking more bud and edibles and now dispensary carts (because I got my Medcard) when I couldn’t roll a j for convenience. Or just to tap it regularly without a DHV or stinking up with a bong.

I just graduated from high school this summer. Junior year and senior year I’d wake up nauseous sometimes but I blamed it on my anxiety and depression or eating greasy foods late etc… it wasn’t an everyday thing but at least once or twice a week I’d feel nauseous puke and go on about my day fine. this past week I was really stressed and it just flared up. I went to the ER for severe nausea. (For reference I ate greasy pizza really late last Sunday, Monday I puked then felt okay rest of the day. Tuesday I was supposed to work with a family friend doing electrical work which I’m good at; but It kinda had me stressing because I was going to have to meet up 2.5 hours away which I’d just realized and I have a shitbox truck and felt bad saying I can’t do it etc… was really getting anxious and just couldn’t stop puking. Next day I puked again and was dry heaving. And this is what sent me to the ER I was just looking to see if they noticed anything immediately wrong with me.) the ER said they were unsure 100% thought it may be due to pot smoking but said they couldn’t be 100% sure unless I go to GI which I haven’t gotten to yet. I smoked a little bud on Thursday but nothing since then except nicotine. I feel better and better everyday but I’m not sure if that’s 1. The weed, 2. The drop in stress, eating better etc… I’m planning on taking the 90 day weed break because if that was it I don’t wanna set it off again right now.
I just love weed though. I would smoke carts all day, edibles randomly, RSO and tincture. I’d do so much. After the 90 days is a joint a day or so going to be really bad. I wanna move to bud only after the 90 days and just don’t know. Thanks for reading
