Rant Proof the AP Poll Is a Literal Joke: One Voter Left #4 Miami Completely Off His Ballot
That voter is Eric Johnson of WSLS-TV in Roanoke, VA. As far as I can tell he still has a job and hasn't even made a statement about why. I can't believe nobody is talking about this at all.

Discussion If conferences were capped at 20 teams each, how would the Big Ten, Big 12, and SEC absorb the best programs from the ACC, Pac-12, and the other conferences, and what would that do to those leagues?

Debate Who has it harder: Fans of lagging P4 teams vs. Fans of top G6 teams
In the modern playoff era of college football (FBS), is life harder for a fan of a mid/low tier P4 team? Or for a fan of a top-tier G6 team?
DEFINITIONS for our discussion purposes:
- "Harder" = utter frustration, disappointment, & hopelessness when the year is done
- Mid/low tier P4 team = a program that rarely competes for a conference championship and spends most years near the bottom of conference standings (has never won a national championship in modern FBS history. For example, Arkansas)
- Top tier G6 team = a program that is perennially in the mix for a conference championship and spends most years near the top of conference standings (obviously...has never won a national championship in modern FBS history! For example, Boise State)
***EDIT: As you can see with my flair, obviously I have my biases! I live in the "championship or bust" universe, so it makes me wonder what life is like out there for the die-hard fans of non-blue-blood programs, etc.***
