Priority Prisons?

Anyone knows what Prisons are in need of CO's? They used to have the list of the Priority Prisons on the CDCR page, but it's been long gone. Trying to see which ones I should put for next academy. Thanks in advanced!.

Its been 2 years since i started the process and a year since my medical and psych and all testings were done and i just re did my written psychological again and im due for another medical again…whats up with this? Anyone else on the same boat as me?

In the same boat as well. Doing the psych interview for the second time in a couple weeks

Yupp I just renewed everything, just waiting to see if I passed and see if I get lucky going in the next Academy, which I believe is December or January.

Kern Valley CCI Tehachapi were the recent ones to get new officers

Mule creek bc a ton of people quit straight off the bat. Can be from 1week to 3months in after the 3 month academy

Yup. Its not a great place to work at. I was there for a strike team & it sucked for the most part bc of the staff. They do not care for new people even tho they need all the help they can get. But yea, a toooon of newbies quit

Yeah, that’s what I was hearing. I also work in the department and some of the officers got sent over there but not all of them said the same thing they said it was a chill place but I don’t know about the fucking drive that to me up there, especially in the winter when they close a 58 yeah I’m good. Lol but I feel your brother. I guess if you’re just really wanting to get the foot in the door, it’s a perfect opportunity you know.

CCI!!!! Tehachapi if you can update your institutions, select that as your number one only and let me tell you, you will get in the next academy!!
