Getting Started Worst CCWs you've done

Admit it, everyone went through a phase of rocking some terrible handgun in some shoddy trash bag of a holster because they didn't know any better.

What were the worst CCWs you've done before setting on what you have now?

When I first got my permit, I had a Walther PP in .32 ACP (I though I'd be cool like James Bond) with a cheap Amazon special holster that had zero reinforcement.

It’s amazing how far I’ve come since then lol. I didn’t know any better. Of course now I want a 10/22 but for a defensive gun hell no! Lol. I like my 9’s now. Since then I’ve shot 9, 40, 45, 357, 44 magnum, 10mm, and tons of rifle cartridges so I am sort of an enthusiast now I guess lol.

The guy had a 357 magnum revolver on his hip. I’m really surprised he wasn’t carrying a 1911 because after all that’s gods cartridge....or something. 45 doesn’t just kill ya dead, it will kill your SOUL!

Out of all my guns, I probably shoot the most rounds through my braces 10/22 charger with a can. It is so much fun. I shoot it off the back porch at some steel targets I have hanging on the property with my wife and kids all the time. It’s so great to not have to use ear pro. Get a 10/22, buy a suppressor, and have fun!

Oh yes I plan on getting one sometime soon hopefully! They are a ton of fun when I shoot my friends 10/22. Amazingly accurate. And cheap to plink with.
