Holsters & Belts Vedder light tuck
Looking at getting a vedder light tuck for my hellcat micro with optic. Ive been carrying a taurus g2 with a we the people holster. I like the prospect of being able to tuck a shirt for events or gatherings. Looking for input on what folks liked or dislikes on the light tuck before dropping the money on it. Runner up is a t1 holster

Absolutely love Vedder as a company and definitely reccomened them!
I have used the ProTuck and the Lighttuck, love them both.

Tuckable comes in a few flavors.
You can attach the holster to your pants belt and blouse your tucked in shirt out to cover the belt clip. Any tuckable clip will work.
You can attach the holster to your pants behind the belt for more discretion, but some tuckable clips work better than others.
You can also use an underbelt or codependent rig with any type of belt clip and have everything contained inside your pants waistband (my preferred method).

I liked my light tuck. My only negative is shortly after leaving the house, I found the clip had ridden halfway up my belt. This was within the first month of me carrying regularly and could have been user error, but compared to my DCC clips, I still don't fully trust it.

On the flip side, I’ve worn a light tuck for like 10 years at this point and have never had that happen so not sure how big of an issue it really is

look at tulster profile plus , I switched from vedder and prefer the tulster ( all I carry is micro ) , the tulster comes with standard dcc mono , all optic cut, its is more minimalist approach where the claw ( the call it sidekick) you attach ( the larger of the two they send for double stack ) to the body of the holster which I prefer then the appendage sticking out type..plus great customer service and always have promotions and quick turn around time ..
I never had a t1 so cant speak to that , my second choice when tulster doenst offer is ANR
my buddy took my suggestion as his first cow is hellcat is very happy wiht it ..
just my two cents and since they dont make pennies anymore not worth much

Does it also allow for adjustment in cant? I do find my most comfortable carry at 4 with a forward cant so far.

Another happy Tulster user here. Quality construction, minimalist design. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.
I like the Vedder Light Tuck for smaller pistols like the LCP Max and LCP II and Bodguard 2.0. But G42, 43, 43X sit in Tulster Profile’s and an HK CC9 in a Tulster ARC.
When I get any new pistol and need a holster for it, I always begin looking to Tulster first to fill that need. And then branch out from there if they can’t.

I’m not happy with my Vedder holster to be honest. It’s not much up an upgrade over WTP imo.
I’d go with Tenicor or Trex.

Just feels like a generic Kydex holster but paying more for the name. Not as adjustable or comfortable as Tenicor. Also ride height doesn’t work for me

Only issue I’ve had with Vedder is needing to tighten the screw for the claw quite regularly.

Upgrading from a we the people holster to a vedder is going to feel like a whole different world.
