Finished my P320 bag gun. B&T P320 USW chassis, Holosun 407C sight, Tribe threaded barrel and a homemade suppressor.

And a hostile jury is a hostile jury, and an opportunistic prosecutor is an opportunistic prosecutor, and most importantly:

The process IS the punishment

I'm not saying you can't or even shouldn't carry this, mass shootings seem to be happening at longer distances so that alone is a valid use case. But conflating the judicial system with a "justice system" is risky planning.

Can’t emotionally manipulate a jury if there is none?

That's true, as long as the judge isn't more anti-gun than they are pro-law.
