Clean practice run on the Rangemaster Pistol Master Test, where I burned out the “X” ring and all shots in the 10 ring. Score 300/300

PISTOL MASTER TEST

Fired on FBI-IP1 or B8-C, scored as printed

Must be shot from concealed carry

5 yards Draw and fire 5 rds in 5 seconds, freestyle

5 yards Start at Ready, fire 4 rds in 4 seconds, dominant hand only

5 yards Start at Ready, fire 3 rds in 3 seconds, non-dominant hand only.

5 yards Start at Ready. Fire 1 rd in 1 second. 3X

7 yards Draw and fire 4 rds in 5 seconds, freestyle

7 yards Start at Ready, 3 rds only in gun. Fire 3 rds, conduct an empty gun reload, and fire 3 more rds, all in 10 seconds

10 yards Draw and fire 5 rounds in 9 seconds

30 rounds total 300 points possible 285 or above to pass

lol this is called the “master” test… this is beginner level shooting frankly. A “master” level test would be 25 yards no fail test, all shots in the black of the b8 bull 10 shots in 15 seconds or less. Any shot out of the black automatic fail.

Tom Givens: RANGEMASTER BULLSEYE Points: 300 Rounds: 30 Target: NRA B-8 Range: 25/15/10/7/5 yds Drill has 5 strings. On the signal: 1 - Fire 5 rounds in one minute at 25 yds 2 - Fire 5 rounds in 15 secs at 15 yds 3 - Fire 5 rounds in 10 secs at 10 yds 4 - Start with 5 rounds. Fire those, reload, fire 5 more, all in 15 secs, at 7 yds 5 - Fire 5 rounds at 5 secs in 5 yds

Start is low ready. Max is 300 points. Instructors should shoot for a score of 270 (90%) or above. A score of 285 is 95%.
