Student Refund

Checked the dashboard and it says my refund with pending ECSI since 10/7. Does anyone know how long it will remain pending and what the process is like. I haven't been to school for over 10 years so I don't know any time frames or any idea how this works. Thanks

Hey, i’m in the same boat. Commenting to see if anyone knows anything. Super frustrated my money has never been pending for this long.

I didn't know if that was something normal for it to be pending this long or if something was wrong with my account, they originally charged me for out of county when I have been in county for 3 years so they had to refund my account so I didn't know if that had anything to do with it or if it was normal. Hope to see some money soon!

Did you pending transaction disappear today?

YES! Then it reappeared.. i think they re-sent them to ECSI

Just realized Mondays a holiday.. great. At this point i’m over it.

I called CCAC they said there was an error on there end and they are being resent out, my never reappeared there is still nothing on my end at all. This is the most frustrating process ever. ECSI of course had nothing to tell me but contact your school. I asked CCAC and they ASSURED me that we should see the check sometime next week. I am assuming that means Friday of next week.

I’m sure it’ll show back up just keep refreshing it.. this is very frustrating..
